Beer garden in the spa gardens
The beer garden has been open again since June 2026 with a new concept.
Beer garden in the spa gardens
A total of 250 seats are available in an idyllic setting overlooking the spa park pond. Under the new management of Gaul Catering, not only the appearance but also the dining concept has been revamped. “It’s now a real beer garden again—just like the ones you know from Bavaria,” says Benjamin Schäfer, a member of Gaul Catering’s management team.
Accordingly, the menu will place greater emphasis on traditional and simple beer garden dishes going forward. Among the offerings are currywurst, veal meatballs, and sausage salad. These are complemented by various tarte flambées—including vegan and vegetarian options—salads, and classic snacks like pretzels and cheese cubes. Those who want to try several regional specialties can opt for the “Winzer-Etagere”: It’s served with meat sausage, blood sausage, and liver sausage, along with Gouda, pickled vegetables, and Spundekäs.
